Living Sanctuary / Investigation and Course

What is a sanctuary? In what ways can our homes become sanctuaries of life? How can this humanly arise in us, the posture of a living sanctuary?

Welcome to my life's investigation. I am building an immersive program, drawing knowledge from various disciplines, that translates my ongoing life investigation into practical lessons designed to help individuals and families – and the oikosystem.

(Transparency note: we are still in a beta phase, join in).

Introduction

This is a developing protocol derived from architecture, an ongoing synthesis of my investigation and a will to solve a problem.

Drawing from neuroscience, architecture, ecology, NLP and traditional knowledge, this immersive program will show you how your home and the environments you live in are shaping your health, relationships and life goals. You’ll be guided on how to transform your and your family’s environments for harmony, health, wealth and wellbeing.

It is for people who want feel rested at home, belonging. For people who just want to know more on this topic and take action. It is for people who feel that their dwelling is not neutral — that the places they inhabit are affecting their clarity, health, routine, relationships, and sense of direction. It offers a structured way to read that relationship and know what should transform. And then, I will help you design that transformation.

( Note: this is not generic coaching, it is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for a full architectural commission.)

key topics:
1
The ethos-oikos continuum
Chevron Down Icon
“Oikos” refers to home, household, habitat.
“Ethos” refers to ways of living, orientation, character, and conduct.

The premise is that these are never fully separate. The home modulates the life living in it. And daily expression transforms the home we inhabit. Land, routines, daily rituals, atmosphere, utilities, memory, and dreams are all involved in that loop.

The purpose of the method is to clarify this continuity and intervene more intelligently within it, so as to bring harmony to the environment and people´s lives.
